@dougall @motorway I’ll need to look into why your estimate was amended - our tech uses real-time market data to price cars as accurately as possible, so this should only happen when there's additional damage on the car once the profile is complete and photos are reviewed.

Bait and switch in used car buying services is a real problem. Selling my 10 yr old Audi with fsh in good nick -> @motorway valuation £4,424 after uploading all info and pics; then get me on phone for 30 mins (why?) to cofirm all same deets and drops to £2,800. @alexbuttle
