If sleep is the #1 reason people stay in hotels, why aren’t hotels focusing more on it? Imagine choosing your mattress, pillow filling, or experiencing truly special bedding. Isn’t it time hotels made sleep their main feature?

I love all this new product/market fit content from investors. I’d like to see more from founders in the trenches today trying to get to PMF. They usually don’t have time to share except in private with people who can help. Next episode of my show has some of this content.

It's one thing to assess PMF, its a complete different one to understand a specific user group and their problems to find a solution. The best founders are the ones not accepting the status quo.

@mayahorganfamod Understanding the gaps and needs is definitely the first step. When I think of the first hires I'd also add looking for the right mindset. People willing to learn new things and developing a broad profile is crucial because they will have to put their hands on a lot of thnigs.

@squarespace dear product team, how did you think it is a great idea to use the ESC key to close edit mode and discard all changes without even alerting the user. ESC is a common pattern to deselect or exit some settings and every time I want to do that I loose everything 🤬
