Regarding this Parliament, I have been patient before, but this term there will be no room for leaders who seek titles without helping the people they lead. I am directing NRM leaders to return to the parishes and ensure that existing government programmes are lifting people out of poverty. I do not want to hear excuses about poverty while solutions already exist. Ministers and government officials who fail in this responsibility will be held accountable. This is Kisanja no sleep . Enough is enough.

We were transfered 1B euro to Uganda for Humanitarian and developing projects. Unfortunatelly we were cheated by mutukula regıonal market @MutukulaC and boau @BankOfAfrica_Ug ..also bou @BOU_Official lied and stalled us.! We informed Financial intelligence authority uganda @ThefiaU ,uganda ankara embassy @ugandaembassytr @AnkaraUganda ,external security organization ESO uganda and cdf @cdfupdf ..also we sent all documents to them!? Cheaters couldnt use money.! Never use!! Now 1B euro in uganda waiting for to be used for Ugandans.. HE @KagutaMuseveni seems patriot and protecting gains of ugandans.. Dear Hon. Anita Among,
The laws are very clear and the script never changes. You should have read and memorised the book. Incase life gives you a second chance the following laws of the 48 laws of power should be at the back of your head.
1) Law 1. Never outshine your master.
Politics is a game of egos. Small triggers can bring so much to light that was only covered by keeping your master in the shine. There are people in government that have embezzled alot more than you are suspected. They chose to drive the common V8 SUVs and attributed their wins to their master not themselves.
2) Law 46. Never appear too perfect.
By perfect the law means powerful, rich or special. You have seen Hon. Thomas Tayebwa trying his best to remove the line between him and the common wanaichi, eating beans and posho with them to show them that he is one of them. Flaunting wealth and throwing it in people’s faces incites and triggers envy. Also learn to strategically lose some battles. Winning every battle disconnects you from reality, makes you a target and a threat to the higher echelons.
3) Law 38. Think as you like, act or behave like others.
Your predecessors were humble. They ensured to hide their powers. They bossed no one and never triggered as much envy. Are they clean? I don’t think so. Their dirty linen is still hidden in the crowd they never differentiated themselves from. You have bossed the people around you. Got drunk with the power you acquired and believed you had everything to buy the house. The very people that smiled at you and rallied behind you, are the very people behind your fall. Loyalty does not exist where the spotlight is only covering one person. Most especially if you are dealing with ambitious people.

Later, I welcomed my brother, H.E. Félix Tshisekedi, who has joined us for tomorrow’s swearing-in ceremony.
We held productive discussions on security, trade, infrastructure and petroleum cooperation between our two countries, including peace and stability along the common border in North Kivu and Ituri. We also reviewed the progress of key road projects that are important for trade and regional integration.
I commend both sides for signing agreements that will directly benefit our people. African governments should not frustrate wananchi with unnecessary barriers to trade and movement. These agreements are a step in the right direction.
I thank President Tshisekedi for bringing a strong delegation . Merci beaucoup, Votre Excellence.
