@ClaudinhaToday @luinalaska Boomers, as a class, are the first generation to expect care to come back. The bias has always been to send wealth, energy, resources, etc. FORWARD. Provide for children, make a better world. And I think X-Zennials want to do that! But feel squeezed by end-of-life parent care

What radicalized me? Overhearing two boomers talking as one woman said to the other she charged her daughter to be her own infant granddaughter’s “daycare provider” because she’d had to pay for daycare when that daughter was growing up so she “owed her” that money.

@covidmecfshelp1 @healingfromlc PVFS is so weird and random. My first was in early 2019. Maybe this is some variety of MCAS type inflammation? Take away all possible allergens. Breathe better. I’ve been wondering this with my mom. Who has pulmonary fibrosis and a similar cough.

@healingfromlc In my first bout of PVFS (2012), I had a horrific cough/trouble breathing for 6+ months, and "nothing showed on the tests"--but whenever I was working in the clean lab (ppb filtration levels), it *mysteriously disappeared*. Something to do with hypersensitivity in the lungs?

I’m so annoyed that my lung problems aren’t being taken seriously because I’m young. I have a horrible cough and it hurts to breathe. I think I have some fibrosis going on. But the pulmonologist had assured me that my lungs are perfectly healthy (they are NOT).

@miffyjayne I’d be curious to see what happens if you left a box of masks sitting on a table in the front for anyone to use. Have heard that people are more likely to wear a black mask if it’s offered than a white one.

We’re having issues with people complaining about being asked to wear masks at protests so that immunocompromised people can also attend. I’m open to hearing better language that can be used to communicate this.

Hi! Public air is shared. 40-60% of SARS-CoV-2 infections spread during pre-symptom / asymptomatic phases. You can have it, not know it, & infect multiple people. There’s nothing self-involved about community care. That’s why selfish people aren’t doing it. Hope this helps!
