I would echo that @MarkGaze. This has been most definitely my professional & lived experience, not least here @uclh. As a profession nursing’s contribution remains difficult to distinctively and precisely articulate - perhaps this in itself impacts its standing & recruitment.

On #IND2021 I reflect on my pride being part of the @UCLH nursing community. Also, my appreciation for cardiac ITU @StGeorgesTrust. It’s 6 months today since my father died in their care. The nurses exemplified what it means to facilitate a good death. #DMAW21 #InAGoodPlace
