@British_Airways Trying to upgrade a friends cabin (who is on my friends & fam list), I’ve wasted 3 hours today talking to your staff who agreed to jump them to business and agreed to call us back, then didn’t. Then staff who said maximum upgrade to premium. Help us please

@British_Airways your call centres are useless. 3 hrs talking to 3 different people about the same question, not a difficult question but call handlers don’t know your business and have probably never stepped foot in your planes. Loyal customers moving to @emirates

Does anyone ever answer the phones? I tried calling all day yesterday and since the dot of 8am this morning I’ve called 26 times! Each time I get the message “we apologise but due to high demand all our lines are busy”. Give us a way of communicating with you, DVLA.

So let me get this straight. Our @British_Airways flight from Geneva to City has been cancelled. There are no more business class tickets avail, but we are NOT ALLOWED to be transferred to economy. So we are now standing in line at the ticket desk for god knows how long.

@British_Airways I’m a blue priority member and your staff at Zurich to London Heathrow wouldn’t let me get on the plane first even though it says on their sign one world members. There was no organisation and the rudest BA staff I’ve experience. The flight was 1hr delays.
