Bittersweet time for me 🥲 After 25 years working for the NHS I've decided to take early retirement. It's been such a privilege to have worked with so many wonderful people. I will miss you all but look forward to finding and exploring some new opportunities.

@Parody_RCGP @shakeywith Maybe yes and no. As a psychiatrist sometimes we come across something incidental. We do as much as we can including making referrals directly where we can. However we don't have your expertise. If we're on the same team it works. Move some 2ry to primary care with resource
