@Chillysbottles what’s going on with your crazy shipping calculations… £3.99 shipping is already steep but then at checkout it adds £7.98 to my order total. Madness! I was debating whether to order at £3.99 shipping but now definitely won’t… extortionate!

@Philips so disappointed with your sonicare toothbrushes 2 years and 4 weeks since my original purchase, on my second device due to a defect on the original and now it has broken. Out of warranty and no repairs offered.
