NEW: In response to attacks on Tehran’s Science & Technology university, the IRGC has issued warnings to Israeli & US-affiliated universities. The IRGC says all US & Israeli universities in West Asia are legitimate targets until retaliation responses on 2 universities. It warns staff, students, and nearby residents to stay at least 1 km away, and demands that the US publicly condemn the bombing of universities by noon Tehran time on Monday, March 30, or face the strikes.
