@DWPgovuk please provide the magic words for you to actually resolve a complaint rather than ignore it - completely unacceptable treatment of someone dealing with end of life care and is now a widow who still has not been given clear information on their benefits.

@SamsungHelpUK please explain how UI 8 is supposed to support multiple alarms - the update has trashed an existing feature and it's non intuitive (completely *#!**!*!* broken) now. A simple feature should just work.

@sainsburys how do I get help this and in store is useless and is treating customers with contempt?

@sainsburys can you answer this- not good enough that staff in the store said they couldn't help as they had no way of knowing what the historic price was - confirm the offer at the time so I can have a third attempt at fixing it...or maybe I take them all back for a full refund?

@sainsburys shelf labelling is not very good if these aren't all included in 4 for 3 - i got ripped off. Poor experience in Grimsby - step aside because I thought a customer wanted something only for staff to then start stacking the shelf [1/2]

@mcsmik @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy @agile_phil And my lived experience stands despite someone else not having the same experience. The workaround is Agile over summer or not to plugin during the day which would seem to defeat the purpose of letting octopus get the best green/cheap slots

@mcsmik @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy @agile_phil It hasn't overheated at night. Octopus did install my zappi in direct sunlight. It was throttling back to 2kw and I don't think kraken would choose 11:30-5:30 if my car was plugged in during negative wholesale rates.

I'm on the intelligent Go 12 months fixed. The rates are fixed but can the terms be changed while it's fixed to alter the amount of offpeak I get @OctopusEnergy I had an email to say it'll change so it's a max of 6 hours offpeak but just checking this applies to those of us who fixed.

@mcsmik @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy @agile_phil @agile_phil during summer my zappi crawls along at 2kwh due to overheating from high solar (which is when Intelligent Go is likely to schedule based on last year) - this isn't gaming the system but side effect of their being cheap wholesale electric.

@seetickets why am I paying a venue restoration fee for a venue where the gig is cancelled and I will never have set foot in said venue. That's complete robbery despite T&Cs
