I FUCKIN' CALLED IT! We saw "Flow" in a theater full of younger kids and they were PAYING ATTENTION, because children aren't brainless! A film with no dialogue, all atmosphere and lots of quiet moments and they were GLUED to the screen. Shame on Miyamoto! Embarassing...

Wallace Shawn went to Harvard, then Oxford, then to India on a Fulbright scholarship. He's also one of America's most respected playwrights. He took the goofy roles on purpose to fund the writing. He was supposed to be a diplomat. At 23, while still at Oxford in 1967, he wrote a play instead and never stopped. His father, William Shawn, ran The New Yorker magazine for 35 years. @allowableman2 @ForTullos graphic novels seem to be doing OK. disney+ show from coogler is more promising than i would've figured (author approval is a high bar with this IP and applegrant are happy, which tells me a lot) straight reprints did shitty but also were barely advertised or printed
