@British_Airways(2/2) We lost one day due to BA's bad luck. Now Monday our return flight BA2573 is cancelled due to a technical issue and we will now have to fly 3 hours later. Too many 'technical issues' for a flag carrier isn't it? I think you are a very distasteful joke guys.

@British_Airways on Saturday BA2570 Bordeaux from Gatwick. Boarded the aircraft and the pilot realised it was overfuelled. Disembarked and then boarded another aircraft. Took off but half an hour later we returned to LGW due to technical issu. Arrived at BOD w 7 hours delay (1/2)

Unacceptable customer service @TalkTalk. One hour international call asking them to email my most recent bill for an ID proof needed abroad from where I have no access to Myaccount. My request will be processed in 24-48 hours. Too bad by then I will no longer be their customer
