@virginmedia problems with WiFi still - agent was clueless and rude on the phone yesterday and paying for a service I’m not receiving - super annoyed! Can’t get through on chat, phone or WhatsApp! Help!!

@nikelondon I refunded something in store on 27th Dec and the refund still hasn’t come through. The store is an hour each way for me to get to and not fair I have to go back. The app tells me it’s refunded but I don’t have the money. Please resolve as it’s quite a lot of money

@LoveYourMorphy Kettle has started leaking all around the bottom when pouring after being boiled - and it’s dangerous as toaster is near as is other electrical appliances. Morphy Richards customer services has fobbed me off. It’s a current line item. AVOID! Very disappointed!

@TefalUK absolutely fuming with the way I’ve just been spoken to by customer services! Blaming me for a faulty product even after sending them a video of the fault. The handle on my ingenio pan got stuck and wouldn’t come off and has now damaged my pan! Amrit is NOT helpful!!

@LeasePlanUK hubby has been trying to call - no such luck in getting hold of anyone! He’s emailed - been ignored! We had our car for 8 days before it became faulty. 8 days in service. Got it back for 19 days - and guess what - faulty again! Paying for a car we don’t even have 😡

@OctopusElectro whee when I signed up to IO tariff it said I could sign up and get a £10 credit for the card via the app. I’ve looked on both apps but no joy. How do I claim this? Thanks!

@BMW @BMWGroup absolute joke of a company! Spend thousands of pounds on a new vehicle - wait 10 months for it and after 8 days it fails and has 14 faults. Failed to deliver a courtesy car - ruined my daughters birthday dinner tonight with no car - 3 kids in tow! Absolute joke!
