@NolanAnalyst It's a very touch choice but I'll go with Interstellar cuz the plot sparked the idea for my first ever book series. Both are amazing but the effort put into Interstellar just stands out to me

Your first sentence has one job—to grab the readers’ attention and make them want to keep reading. Some strategies:
—Start with action or intrigue by dropping the reader into the middle of something already happening.
—Make a bold statement or observation to set the tone and pique curiosity.
—Introduce a mystery or question by giving just enough info to make readers curious.
—Showcase a strong voice, if your story relies heavily on voice.
—Mirror the promise of the story by reflecting the kind of story you’re telling.
@tonyhenandez790 As of now, it's the former but sometimes, I write in a strange way. In the midst of typing, I abandon it temporarily and go back to polishing, and only if it's looking good shall I continue typing again 😅

So overall, my answer is a No 😁
@crisvenez95 In my previous one, no since 99% of the major events aren't on earth. But in the one I'm currently writing, yes there is one such character
@DerWieser In my current situation? An Ebook to read effortlessly during travelling. But if I had enough leisure time, I think I'd go for a softcover 😅
