(4/8) The community should control the treasury The community should validate builders' results are in line with expectations set, and reward builders for a job well done. The community has an incentive to reward builders fairly to incentive growth in the project

(3/8) Builders should outline when they will get paid before mint Builders should share their roadmap and what percentage of the unpaid treasury they will receive for each deliverable before mint. The community will judge with their eth whether this plan is fair.
