I’ve been quiet on here trying to somehow deal with the worst 3 weeks of my life 💔 It doesn’t feel right to try & move forwards in life without you Nan, but I suppose I better start to try. ‘The only thing worse than loosing you would have been to not have had you at all’ ❤️

@alyrip Hello Alyson. It would depend on the query. Your ticketing company is typically best placed to advise/instruct on your ticketing order.

due to the nature of my role i sometimes feel i am ‘getting on’ at ward staff; it’s difficult to get the right balance between implementing changes to working practice without telling people how to do their job... so this bit of positive feedback really put a smile on my face❤️☺️
