@GTPLHathwayLtd recently bought internet broadband 100 MBPS with 17 ott at ahmedabad. Since last 5 days, i am facing issue with internet. During 6 pm to 11 pm, internet stops and restarts after 10-15 mins. It really creating problem while on Teams meeting.
@GTPLHathwayLtd I have DM my mobile number. Also i have tried raising ticket via gtpl buzz app but app is not working correctly. Raised complaint through customer care but they resolved by themselves.

@ACTFibernet I want to discontinue my connection as on 27-March-2026 my existing plan is expiring. I am shifting to another broadband provider because i am facing unstable internet connection, poor technical support on ground. Please follow procedure to discontinue my account.

@AOSmithin you seriously need to pay attention to your post-sell services. How can you cancel request yourself with only one call attempt if that call was unanswered. People sometime not able to puck up call that doesn’t mean you cancel the request. pathetic service. @AOSmithWPC
