@nicharry Hello there been a while. Don’t agree as to lack of hard work or customer support. It’s different to SA but effective. And I don’t think they lazy. Just a better work life balance. I have been here 5 years. Would be great to chat face to face

I love living in Amsterdam, but the general lack of urgency, lack of customer support, lack of willingness to work hard, go the extra mile is a wonder to witness. Is this EU-wide? Is everyone on this continent complacent and lazy riding on the coattails of their rich ancestors?

@transavia @Schiphol00 One hour 45 minutes after landing from Tenerife at 12.30 am and still waiting for luggage. This is completely the word baggage handling I have ever experienced in 40 years of travel. Third world African countries do better. #fail.

@Schiphol, the seats in the baggage hall are extremely dirty. All over, they look like they have not been cleaned in a long time. It's not a good look. Especially s luggauge is always slow.

@Schiphol Once again departures gate D6 all seats super dirty obviously @Schiphol don’t see this as a problem but really gives a bad impression.

@Schiphol @ambio Still the case, extremely dirty (carrousel 15/16). Also, bagage is very slow, 26 minute est. wait (after a 10 minute walk from the D-pier). Immigration super smooth though

@JamesMelville This actually is live and works in the Netherlands. There is excellent public transport so cars are not essential.

This is bonkers. She ignores the fact that people are not going to use their neighbour’s car and that a neighbour is not going to let anyone else use their car. That’s the problem with nonsense like this - it doesn’t take into account basic human nature.

So, @Uber_RSA, if a driver accepts a trip but doesn't actually make any attempt to pick me up and I am then forced to cancel, I get charged a cancellation fee? AND I don't get to rate the driver? Make it make sense.

@Arfness @g_tone_ @Uber_RSA Your refund is a black mark against the driver. To many of those and they end them so get refunds.

@g_tone_ @Uber_RSA If a driver tries to get you to cancel after he accepts a trip, he SHOULD be rated down. The drivers can cancel from their side without charging the customer.

@Schiphol It takes longer to land and get luggage than to fly from Zurich. On @KLM this is completly unacceptable. #dobetter. No other major airport is this bad. #KL1916.
