@davidu @peteskomoroch @braddwyer @paintdotwtf All photos in the same location? Maybe there’s a library to determine the daily sunrise/sunset based on lat/long coordinates - then you could filter by timestamp. Maybe +/- 30 minutes to account for twilight too.

Python people: What is the fastest programmatic, ideally in Python, way to figure out if a photo is taken at night (eg, most pixels very dark) or during the day by analyzing the image not the timestamp? Do I need to learn OpenCV?

Relocating. Some states will be faster than others. If there is a big gap vs. CA availability, I’m open to relocating to a different state. Other state will get at least 12 months of income and sales tax revenue from me.

In addition to vaccinators, there will be many other jobs to fill at mass-vaccination sites. Many people would be willing to volunteer their time in exchange for vaccine access. Seems like a great incentive to help these programs scale and move fast. cc: @GavinNewsom
