Big exchange acquisition today. Naver (South Korea's Google) bought Upbit. Upbit has 70% of the Korean exchange market and Naver has 25M+ users. Really smart deal, Naver pumped 11% on the deal.

I'm gonna practice general copywriting thoughts in public, in case it's productive. First up, this ad from Forward (the new and biggest Solana DAT) What I like: - Ticker and name are big and easily readable - Good contrast - The S logo and its color are attention-grabbing - Good geographic location What I don't like: The headline reads: "The World's Largest Solana Treasury Company" First, a quick quote on headlines from Ogilvy (basically the father of advertising) himself: “On the average, five times as many people read the headline as read the body copy. When you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your dollar.” With that said, "The World's Largest Solana Treasury Company" tells the viewer nothing. What is a Solana? Is it related to the automobile Ford? Why does it matter that it's the largest? What even is a treasury company? Why should anyone care? Instead, you can go many different, more effective directions: Example 1: "The Treasury of The Internet" Familiarity and clarity, especially given Wall St location. Example 2: "Markets the speed of the Internet." or "Move your money at the speed of thought." Benefit-driven. Example 3: "What if Wall St Ran at Wi-fi Speed?" Curiosity-driven. Example 4: "Internet Capital Markets. Powered by Solana." Vision-driven. Works well if repeated everywhere.

At this point it's indisputable: The Biden SEC was militarized to destroy our industry at all costs.
Paul Grewal@iampaulgrewal

In 2024 @SECGov squeezed >$600M in fines because firms didn't keep texts as required by their rules for keeping records-specifically texts. Today they told a federal judge that in 2023 they didn't understand that our FOIA demands for records included ... texts. This is a complete farce that only the Court itself can remedy if Americans are ever to trust this agency again.

Lot of people think Mass has this intense rivalry with NH but it’s far from the truth. NH is fundamentally a poverty stricken suburb of Boston the feelings toward it are almost identical to the feelings of pity and compassion you feel for the homeless you encounter on the street

Thanks for the thought. Totally understand getting hacked sucks. Currently, every creator owns authority of their pool (claiming rewards). Ofcourse creators can be hacked, but exposure is limited only to their pool. Creator 1 is not at risk of Creator 2 getting hacked. Through your suggestion we would be creating a massive risk in exposing the ENTIRE ecosystem to a single entity (access). That is something we would never want to risk. Access should never have control of a creator's pool.

Hey everyone, @AccessProtocol I wanted to share something based on my own experience (I’ve had my main wallet compromised more than once). Luckily, due to how access was built, pools are always untouched as main wallet are not the actual pool admin — otherwise the damage would have been far worse. This made me think: wouldn’t it help if Access Protocol had a built-in migration system for cases like this? Instead of users losing everything or needing to start a new pool from scratch, the program authority could migrate the pool to a secure wallet. I’ve been doing research into Solana programs, and since Access Protocol seem upgradeable, I believe such a feature is technically possible. It wouldn’t force anything, just act as a safeguard. This could prevent “forever locked” stakes and save both users and the community from unnecessary losses. Specially now when our creator tokens are tied to our pool, imagine what will happen one creator gets compromised. Should they abandoned everything ? Access Protocol already feels one of a kind, and adding something like this would make it even stronger and safer for long-term users. Just sharing the idea, curious what the community and team think. @LeowongWL @andreas_access

That said we have a lot of work to be done in making these launches more sustainable, specifically as it relates to mitigating sniper activity. More to come on this VERY soon

Proof of Audience makes sure creator coins don’t launch into thin air. Tokens only go live once a community has already staked real attention and capital onchain. We get rid of fake communities this way, and creators can enjoy genuine interactions.
