Here's a few important points before I go to sleep: 1. Iran won the war. The terms of the ceasefire they shared give them control of the Strait of Hormuz, charging $2M per ship, pocketing $100 Billion a year. Those numbers are wild! And on top of it, the ceasefire proposal includes the lifting of all sanctions Remember, one could say Iran has been in a state of war for decades due to the crippling American sanctions, and now this is all coming to an end 2. Trump did the right thing pulling out, not listening to the lunatic war mongers around him, and not listening to anyone in the Israeli lobby that may have wanted the war the continue. As I said earlier today, a good leader knows when to walk away 3. I am not surprised we have a deal, I've mentioned it all day, as Trump's posts made it obvious to me he was pressuring Iran for some final concessions before accepting his off-ramp 4. Trump will twist this into a win, and his diehard supporters will believe him. This is a GOOD thing, as Trump no longer needs to militarily try to get a 'win'. As I've said earlier in the day, Trump can (and just did) create his own offramp. 5. The Middle East will never look the same. I expect the Gulf to gradually normalize relations again with Iran, which started after Israel's strike on Qatar. Also the balance of power will drastically shift away from Israel, and this may have massive positive implications on Lebanon, Syria, and possibly even Palestine. 6. China is the BIGGEST winner, as Iran controlling the Strait of Hormuz means China is indirectly controlling it 7. Iran's control of the Strait of Hormuz is a generational strategic loss for the U.S., and a risk to the dollar dominance (Iran can chip away at the Petrodollar) 8. Hezbollah will come out stronger from all this, possibly more powerful than it has been in decades (unless the deal involves Iran disbanding their proxy network) 9. I'm exhausted and need to sleep. Below there's some more info on my stance over the past 24 hours, as well as how we broke the story of a ceasefire almost an hour before any media outlet and Trump's post. Good night everyone!

WHAT JUST HAPPENED? 8:07 am: I posted that Trump should walk away from this war even if the Strait of Hormuz is not opened by Iran 4:07 pm: I posted 'The War Is Close to Ending' 5:50 pm: I broke the story that Trump accepted the ceasefire, based on a source that is part of the negotiations 6:32 pm: Trump confirms a ceasefire 6:51 pm: Israel confirms they are abiding to the ceasefire

🚨 BREAKING: Someone just built the exact tool Andrej Karpathy said someone should build. 48 hours after Karpathy posted his LLM Knowledge Bases workflow, this showed up on GitHub. It's called Graphify. One command. Any folder. Full knowledge graph. Point it at any folder. Run /graphify inside Claude Code. Walk away. Here is what comes out the other side: -> A navigable knowledge graph of everything in that folder -> An Obsidian vault with backlinked articles -> A wiki that starts at index. md and maps every concept cluster -> Plain English Q&A over your entire codebase or research folder You can ask it things like: "What calls this function?" "What connects these two concepts?" "What are the most important nodes in this project?" No vector database. No setup. No config files. The token efficiency number is what got me: 71.5x fewer tokens per query compared to reading raw files. That is not a small improvement. That is a completely different paradigm for how AI agents reason over large codebases. What it supports: -> Code in 13 programming languages -> PDFs -> Images via Claude Vision -> Markdown files Install in one line: pip install graphify && graphify install Then type /graphify in Claude Code and point it at anything. Karpathy asked. Someone delivered in 48 hours. That is the pace of 2026. Open Source. Free.

Before: move to SF. have an idea. look for a tech cofounder. build a deck in the meantime. Months pass... After: codex/claude in one window, X in the other. Build demo. Make a video of the demo. Announce it online, make it go viral. Cofounders/customers/investors come to you...

🚨 let me tell you what just happened because I'm sure most people completely missed this.. Kamal Kharazi was Iran's lead negotiator.. the man actively working through Pakistan to arrange a backchannel meeting between Iranian officials and JD Vance.. the only active diplomatic channel that existed to prevent what Trump called a "2 to 3 week" strike window.. Israel just bombed his house.. his wife is dead.. Kharazi is in hospital.. and you need to pay attention to the timing.. this isn't the first time Iran's negotiators have been killed right before a deal could be made.. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was Iran's top nuclear scientist and the man considered most essential to any future nuclear negotiations.. he was assassinated in November 2020, widely attributed to Israel.. the nuclear talks were set back by years.. in 2012, Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan.. a senior figure at Iran's Natanz enrichment facility.. was killed in a targeted car bombing in Tehran, also attributed to Israel.. the pattern holds every single time.. every time Iran and the US get close to talking, someone removes the people doing the talking.. Trump said 2 to 3 weeks.. someone in Iran was actively building the exit ramp from that window.. and today the man building that exit is in hospital and his wife is in the ground.. whoever bombed that house wasn't trying to win a war.. they were trying to make sure there isn't a peace.

BREAKING: ISRAELIS DETAINED IN MALAYSIA 🇲🇾 Yesterday, four young Israelis, including two women, were detained in the antisemitic country of Malaysia while on a connecting flight to the Philippines. The Israelis were taken into custody solely because of their nationality. They ultimately chose to return to Thailand, where they had come from. In another case, two Israeli men were detained in Malaysia while traveling from Cambodia to the Philippines. They were held for two days and eventually deported back to Cambodia. Malaysia is the same country that banned Israeli athletes from a Paralympic competition because of their identity, and the one that has repeatedly supported Hamas. Ambassador Hazan urged Israelis not to travel to Malaysia, not for a visit and not even for a layover. “We never know if we will succeed in securing the Israelis’ release, and it is not a given when we do. There are Israelis who have gotten into trouble.” Forbidding Jews and Israelis to enter your country because of their religion is not a criticism of Israel, it’s pure racism and discrimination.

this video is 100% AI made with one prompt in 2 mins using my own system, prompt to final video > product stays in frame exactly where it should > can be adapted to any script, character, and environment you need > voice sounds like a real person, not a robot reading a script > movements are smooth and you control every shot > no time limit - make it as long as you need it’s fast, scalable, and can be automated (as much as today’s technology allows) the real UGC industry isn't dying, it already died

i can't believe nobody caught this. Anthropic's entire growth marketing team was just ONE PERSON (for 10 months, confirmed) a single non-technical person ran paid search, paid social, app stores, email marketing, and SEO for the $380B company behind claude here's exactly how one human is doing the job of a full marketing team: it starts with a CSV. 1. he exports all his existing ads from his ad platforms along with their performance metrics (click-through rates, conversions, spend, etc) 2. feeds the whole file into claude code 3. and tells it to find what's underperforming. claude analyzes the data, flags the weak ads, and generates new copy variations on the spot this is where he gets clever: he then splits the work into 2 specialized sub-agents: 1. one that only writes headlines (capped at 30 characters) 2. and one that only writes descriptions (capped at 90 characters). each agent is tuned to its specific constraint so the quality is way higher than cramming both into a single prompt so now he's got hundreds of fresh headlines and descriptions. but that's just the text. he still needs the actual visual ad creative, the images and banners that go on facebook, google, etc. so he built a figma plugin that: 1. takes all those new headlines and descriptions 2. finds the ad templates in his figma files 3. and automatically swaps the copy into each one. up to 100 ready-to-publish ad variations generated at half a second per batch. what used to take hours of duplicating frames and copy-pasting text by hand so now the ads are live. the next question is which ones are actually working. for that he built an MCP server (basically a custom integration that lets claude talk directly to external tools) connected to the meta ads API. so he can ask claude things like: • "which ads had the best conversion rate this week" • or "where am i wasting spend" and get real answers from live campaign data without ever opening the meta ads dashboard and the part that ties it all together and closes the loop: he set up a memory system that logs every hypothesis and experiment result across ad iterations. so when he goes back to step one and generates the next batch of variations... claude automatically pulls in what worked and what didn't from all previous rounds. the system literally gets smarter every cycle. that kind of systematic experimentation across hundreds of ads would normally need a dedicated analytics person just to track the numbers from the doc: ad creation went from 2 hours to 15 minutes. 10x more creative output. and he's now testing more variations across more channels than most full marketing teams a $380 billion company. and their entire growth marketing operation (not GTM) = just one person and claude code lol truly unbelievable
