@ashgoblue @levie @RoyPrice @antoniogm I don't think having not shipped software at scale is a valid or acceptable excuse for having a convoluted onboarding experience. You would expect to have seen way more great PMs join this space by now and develop it into something great.. Hence the architecture must be limiting

@levie @RoyPrice @antoniogm Everyone think things need to be so binary in crypto. All decentralized or it’s useless. In reality there are parts that are better decentralized and parts that are better centralized depending on use case. Key management is a good example of one.

Any time I go to sign up for some Web 3 service that is supposedly (finally) getting real adoption, the new-user flow is so convoluted and bad it would have gotten you shot out of a fucking cannon into the Bay if you'd shipped that shit at Facebook.
