Usou isso como um dos fundamentos para condená-la. Detalhe: para fazer essa afirmação, ele distorceu um relatório da PF que NÃO AFIRMOU que ela apagou nada, mas apenas que não foram encontrados diálogos no período. A PF limitou-se a apontar que isso "pode ser um indício" de que mensagens tivessem sido apagadas. Moraes usou a ausência de prova como se fosse prova. Corta pra hoje, em que se constatou que Moraes usou DO MESMO EXPEDIENTE que alegou ter sido utilizado por Débora e APAGOU mensagens enviadas a um investigado com ordem de prisão na iminência de ser cumprida. Ora, ora. O fato de ter apagado essas mensagens não caracteriza "desprezo pelo Poder Judiciário e pela ordem pública", sr. Moraes?! Se supostad mensagens apagadas serviram para CONDENAR Débora, agora não vão servir nem para INVESTIGAR Moraes, Sr. Paulo Gonet?!
