During the first two big waves, hospitals scaled down the amount of non-Covid treatment to create capacity. This winter they’re trying to work through the resulting backlog of often very ill people waiting for treatment, and the result is far less headroom, far more stress.

I had great experience getting quick & complete refund for a *covid* travel ticket from @Delta. Just learned that @AlaskaAir, despite receiving VAST federal bailout $$, is keeping money of a friend. Congress should have made federal bailout contingent upon NOT harming consumers.

If you could sue people for practicing medicine (via social media) without a license, people would not spread nearly as much disinformation & misinformation.
