You know what would raise #EQAO test scores in #OntEd schools? 1) Vulnerable students with complex needs getting the proactive 1:1 EA support they need. 2) Classrooms not being evacuated daily. 3) Not making kids wait 2-4 years for special needs assessments.

Healing from bereavement from the loss of a parent is such a roller coaster. One moment you’re fine, the next you find the last grocery shopping list she made in preparation for you 😞

You eat bread, cheese, and pasta every day in Europe and feel alive. In America, the same food makes you sick. And no one talks about why. Here are 11 American foods banned in other countries:🧵 1. Bread (made with Azodicarbonamide)

Wild how no one talks about intuition, even though it runs the whole show. It doesn’t get respect because you can’t chart it. Can’t KPI it. Can’t build a Notion dashboard around it. So it gets written off as vibes some soft, unscalable thing. But that’s backwards. Intuition is deep, subconscious pattern recognition. Built through repetition, exposure, and failure. It’s your nervous system doing the math before your brain even shows up. You act. You’re right. You don’t always know why but you know. And still, most experts can’t access it. Why? Fear. They’re trapped in the logic loop. Trained to explain everything, justify everything, defend every move with data. So when the moment hits? They stall. They hesitate. They miss. Where does all that anxiety live? The gut. Same place your instincts fire from. Same place your doubt festers when you ignore them. The gut is the seat of intuition. If you’re not using it to move, it turns on you. That instinct becomes anxiety. Paralysis. Overthinking. But when it’s game time, it’s not the spreadsheet that saves you. It’s the gut. The body. The knowing. Ignore it, and you second-guess everything. Train it, and it carries you through the fire.

Since I started my podcast and admitted I'm a physician with #longCOVID, I've received many emails from healthcare workers sharing their own battle with the disease. Like me, many have lost their career. Almost all feel alone and abandoned. #MedTwitter cidrap.umn.edu/covid-19/studi…

Trust the universe. When you keep giving yourself what you want from others, like-minded people will also give you what you want. Want validation from others? Validate yourself. Want others to respect you? Respect yourself. What you pour into yourself, the universe mirrors back.
