@KenyaAirways I have a problem with a booking I need resolved and I have been trying to get in touch with customer service via phone and whatsapp. Whatsapp says I am "connected" and then no response; phone rings for now several minutes on end. How do I talk to a person?!?!???

@airfrance I have a 72hr hold on flights but I just realized the return is Y/J instead of J/J; I don't want to release the hold because I want to keep the outgoing and it was the last in its fare class. Could I get help changing the return?

@UPS "Delivery Attempted" okay except it absolutely was not, I have been home and awake this entire time.

@Iberia My luggage has been sitting at BCN for the last day after it arrived late yesterday afternoon. Nobody has contacted me about getting it delivered to me. The URL on my receipt slip is an invalid URL.

@TripIt 99.99% of the time it's super useful that tripit automatically gets my flight's information; but this time it's wrong and manually editing won't stay saved so now I just have to not freak out when I keep getting updates for the wrong time tomorrow. Extremely annoying.

It's bad enough flight prices are rising practically by the second but @iberia and @british_airways kindly get your websites functional because I can't even pull the trigger if your sites crash when I try to search/book/pay. Already lost out on an itin because of buggy websites.

@angelicism @SlackHQ There are apps that create the shell for a web to be a “native app” that will support badges based on incoming notifications for the running website. I remember using one for gmail many years ago, but not its name -.-

Maybe I'm missing something but can I not have two instances of @SlackHQ running on desktop? I want work slack separate from personal slacks and I want badges in my dock separate also.

@Benathon @SlackHQ I don't think this would get me the badges on my dock (separately) though, which is ultimately the end result I'm looking for.

@angelicism Hello there, you can indeed sign into multiple Workspaces within the Slack app on your desktop. Steps are outlined here slack.com/help/articles/… (under "Sign in to additional workspaces")

@flyingblue If I book a flight through ITA Airways but it is on Air Malta metal do I still get Flying Blue XP at the same rate as if it had been ITA metal?

@aegeanairlines if I book a flight with miles for a partner airline if I later cancel the flight do I get the miles back?
