@KirstieMAllsopp Honestly you’ve no idea what’s going on in someone else’s life. Maybe it’s wrong, maybe it’s survival - who knows their circumstances? I think it’s worth kindness and curiosity rather than judgement.

3 yr old child with H/O recurrent resp infection in infancy. Had first echo at the age of 2 years only (by an adult cardiologist) which was reported as normal. Now findings suggestive of severe PH. What lesion might have been missed in the first echo?
