Extremely disappointing experience with @ICICILombard & @helloturtlemint. A young insured with no diagnosed pre-existing illness bought a health policy in good faith through @helloturtlemint. Premium was accepted and policy issued with coverage after the 30-day waiting period.

@cromaretail raised a ticket on 22nd April and haven’t received any resolution yet. Despite 5 follow-up calls, I’m only told it’s “being escalated” every time. This is extremely frustrating. Can someone please take ownership and resolve this ASAP? #CustomerService #Croma

@cromaretail @CromaSupport I’ve already shared my Order ID and contact details via DM as requested, but there’s still no update. I’ve been calling daily in this heat, and every time I’m told the issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours — which clearly hasn’t happened.
