@emma_finance Hi @emma_finance , I thought you said the promotional paid upgrade notification was a mistake(seeing as notifications are turned off for product in my case). Why did I just get this? This really makes me reconsider the whole app at this point!

@emma_finance is there a reason why Emma continues to send sales push notifications for upgrade despite having product updates off. No further option to turn off these notifications without turning Emma off. Surely, there are better ways to push to pro than this?

@DellCaresPRO I've been on the phone for the last hour following a recent order delivery yesterday and twice after waiting 25 mins on the "tune" the line was hung up. No response to online tickets either. What's going on? !

@octopus_energy can do. But it's a complex query with handover readings and incorrect figures, etc. I am with vodafone so certainly should't be a carrier thing i hope.
