Your tweets are only automated and there are no follow ups on the pains of a customer. Your service is bad and the customer handling is worse.

@IndiaPostOffice And how much longer do you need for that? It's been 22 days, over 3 weeks, no responsibility has been shown. We get replies when we are agitated, no problem if someone isn't following up. And what do we get in return? An automated, obvious, and unhelpful reply.

@IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia do we have to keep tweeting for infinite number of times till we find a solution to our problem? Theres no follow up for the complaint we have raised, the employees at the post office just say hume kya pata. The system is for show, not solutions.

@myntra So, the same thing happened in the morning on this order and i had a talk for about 20 min regarding the same only for this to happen. I received a call from someone from noida but their voice was not clear and they just cut my call. They reattempted the delivery and the same.

@flipkartsupport That's the thing, the original condition mentioned if not used, the amount will be refunded and the page is not available on your app anymore. Apart from that, i was unable to place the order using this pass and i even complained with Flipkart and your execs had no answer to it
