@richardireland @CommunityFibre I got through to phone support after a 20 minute wait. Confirmed a widespread outage and unable to give timeline for the service to be up and running but stated ‘they are working on it’. Agree with other comments that a tweet and message on website would save a lot of hassle.

FFS @CommunityFibre If you have an outage, publish it. Stop making me check and reboot every piece of equipment first, because you're not showing details of the outage anywhere. Chat function failed when I tried that. Phone lines hung up on me 1st time 3/10

@CommunityFibre - I changed the DNS setting on the router to point to Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8) and the internet is working. This has been reported in some news articles but you should put it on your service health page.

@tomalison @facebook @tomalison please open a support case on my behalf as my Facebook account has been suspended due to a linked bogus Instagram account that is not mine. Facebook help page has no resolution for this issue. At least allow me access so I can unlink the bogus Instagram account.

Dear @wesstreeting @RedbridgeLive , why is a vape stall looking like a candy stall allowed to be setup in the middle of Ilford Exchange Mall? It is clearly targeted at attracting kids to vaping. If tobacco is covered up in shops why can’t vapes?
