ZEC has been PoW mined, live, and distributed for *NINE* years, with every single holder in immense pain there is literally no coin better distributed (you are objectively stupid if you think this has "cabal" characteristics, I'm just very loud) combine this with the fact it *actually* gives you encryption and sovereignty combine it with the fact that there's a renaissance of new core talent working on integrations and improvements combine it with the fact that crypto *must* have privacy as the world gets more and more draconian combine it with the fact that it's less than ADA, LTC and many other useless coins combine it with the fact that it has the same tokenomics as Bitcoin, but is just private and then finish it off with the fact that one of the greatest cryptographers alive is shipping a 10,000x scale and perf improvement this is the most obvious mispricing in crypto, and it's not close what you're seeing here is the community using the power of crypto and public markets to breathe life back into the project some may call this a "CTO" — I call it returning to the ideals of crypto we're going to make privacy great again becase we must

If there is one thing the devs can do to bring confidence back to the project, it would be to show that each winner is truly selected randomly. The devs need to add a client side check to the site which pulls in the snapshot data (wallet addresses and holdings) to allow for third party validation similar to how other wagering sites function. Currently this list of holders and how it is ordered is hidden away (if it even exists) which means no one is able to verify the winner even with a snapshot hash and VRF signature.

I've been a judge at many hackathons that have 100s of participants, and many of them use a pairwise-voting system called Gavel or Jury (Gavel was created for HackMIT, which has 1000s of participants). Basically, the idea is that judges ONLY answer "is the current hack better than the previous one?", that's it. The software then sums up votes from judges and uses a statistical model to create a ranking/distribution of all entries.
