I can understand why people are skeptical about the impact of this Iran War You've got the entire American government telling you not to worry about it But my opinion is that this is the most important event in geopolitics to happen in the past century

@SiriusXMFC @mythreeleftfeet The real time wasting was listening to his commentary. Try fact checking first rather than band wagoning. Was there time wasting? Yes. Was it worse than an average game involving any other clubs in the league? No. Those are the real facts. And you got it for free.

@kimmoFC Midfield and defense were definitely acting as though they were tired. Defense due to overuse of players who aren't/weren't fully fit and no subs available due to injuries. Midfield due to overuse. Norgard seems to have been a miss. He isn't trusted to play and no other option

🔍Arsenal OOP vs Villa🔎 Watching back I didn't recognize my team. It was a basketball game, and we don't do basketball games. We're usually so good out of possession, but our man marking was unexplainably bad, and even our work rate was lacking. Tired?

@Dimitar12694980 @Jon_Mackenzie It doesn't support the narrative that Arsenal are susceptible to being attacked centrally. In his defense, he did state that as a caveat. What I would say is, few teams have the personnel to exploit it, if it really is true, much less against big Gabby & Saliba.

I was off last Monday so you were also given a week off but I’m back to my nonsense this week because… #DidYouNotice that Aston Villa managed to produce the worst defensive performance from Arsenal across all comps so far this season?

@nonewthing you really are sick if u enjoy watching arsenal as a neutral. not only the worst team to watch, arsenal makes the opposition team play like stoke city because they want to play that way and thats their game. Idk where the wengers mural is but it must be crying every gameweek

There is nothing particularly new about Arteta's Arsenal is not a player-led development. They were telling you Arteta was boring in 2020 when he had no No. 10 and had to play Auba-Laca-Pepe. Same people were telling you the same thing in 2025 with half of his squad injured.

🗣️Alan Shearer: “It has to be Arsenal’s year to win the Premier League. They’ve spent an absolute fortune, finished second for the last three years so we know, and Arteta knows that the eyes will be on him and he has to win the Premier League this year. When you spend the amount of money that they have, second is no good.” 🏆 🙏

@LKCOYB They are both great players, with some similar skills and some different skills. Gravenberch is also a great player. But it was Chelsea fans who started going on about Caicedo being so much better than the other two, so you tell me who is insecure?

You will never see me completely undermine Rice. I always admit he’s a top player because there’s no insecurity in this debate from my end. Arsenal fans can’t help but completely dismiss Caicedo, They can’t afford to be impartial or it’s all over. Pay attention and peep game.

@Ab643t @Buchi_Laba Haven't paid attention to the wonder saves Raya makes? So, Sanchez is worse with his feet, they both make wonder saves, but he is still better? Nah... you need to broaden your mind and watch some football. Your club will probably sell him next summer.

There’s no footballer at Chelsea football club right now that’s better than any Arsenal player. Position for position. I mean None. - This season. The difference and levels will be made very clear. Crystal clear.

@GeorgeV_AFC George, Arsenal was interested in him the window prior to his move to Chelsea and Arsenal's move for Rice. Do you think there was a world where Arsenal wanted both, or was it always one or the other?

@LKCOYB I find this weird tbh because there is a bigger gap in their defensive talent than there is in their offensive talent. If you want to call Caceido a more aesthetic dribbler + ability to receive in a pocket sure I get that specific skill. But Rice is a more potent G/A threat.

Rice is technically sound & very good in isolated aspects on the ball. But he’s not a true natural with that “maestro feel” like Caicedo or other great continental midfielders. Caicedo’s defensive talent + the above is why he’s a unicorn. You can’t fool true seasoned watchers.

@Ab643t @Buchi_Laba Remind me how many games Sanchez cost Chelsea last year? Raya didn't do that. He won Arsenal several games. There is a reason they were looking at replacements in the summer.

If we do manage to finally win the league this season, there’s gonna be a whole inquest into how Arteta finally got it right. In reality, he’s got it right for years, it would just be the first year things fell our way

@Buchi_Laba Madueke who wasn't getting minutes at Chelsea fled to Arsenal because he saw Estevao coming, walked into Arsenal starting 11 and getting minutes like silly. And that's Madueke!! We are not even talking about James, Cucu, Palmer, Estevao, Neto, Enzo, and Moi the general

@GoodzTheAnimal @TheArsenalMind No one is saying the club doesn't want titles. All Arsenal fans want the club to win titles. It hasn't happened yet, partially due to the club not having a deep enough squad, partially due to bad luck and partially due to mistakes by the manager, but you have to be close to win

@antiprodigy @TheArsenalMind Arteta har spend close to a billion pounds and you are saying “Well at least we a compete now”. Of course Arsenal should compete for titles after investing heavily. By your logic I could say. Competitive this and that. Still no thropy after spending a billion?

I miss Wenger Ball. Open, expressive, attacking football that brought real joy, even if we conceded. Arteta’s setup is solid but too controlled. It lacks the freedom and spark we once had.

@GoodzTheAnimal @TheArsenalMind It doesn't change the fact that late Wenger teams couldn't compete for the league or make UCL, which was the whole point. If you're happy to get the occasional FA Cup and be uncompetitive in the league, then good for you. Some of us prefer to have a chance at winning the PL.

@antiprodigy @TheArsenalMind It is not pure speculation, mate. This shows how little you know. Arsenal during Wenger last period was the team who spent the least on transfer. This affects hugely performance on the pitch. This shows how dishonest you are and how you converse in bad faith.

@GoodzTheAnimal @TheArsenalMind With Wenger and Emery's squad. That stopped when the club was able to replace the squad. Replacing a squad takes time and money. Great players don't go to bad teams, so it takes several iterations to get to a squad that can actually compete. And now the club is there.

@antiprodigy @TheArsenalMind Listen, mate. We was losing 4-0 and 5-0 under Arteta and getting knocked out by less teams in Europe and domestically. A quick Wikipedia search would have saved you from looking like idiot.. You call competing behind 10 points behind second place in the PL?
