@oyorooms Shitty support service got call from their so called central escalation team. They want me to give proof about everything, next time we visit any hotel we should do recording as well.
used @goibibo and @makemytrip and no such incident in case trust customer and refund.

I had pathetic experience at @oyorooms today I booked for 2 days at Noida.

I checked in at 5PM and had to checkout at 7PM due to issue is room given and rude Hotel staff.
Even Oyo customer support told they can’t help me with refund.
