In certain aspects, Axis Bank's support is much better. Closed Wife's Axis Bank Credit card with just one call, and they even reversed the fees since the card hadn't been used.
In contrast, when we contacted AU Bank to close their card, they outright refused to reverse the fees. While I will pay the fees and close the AU Bank card, the poor customer service has ensured that I will never open an account or another card with them again.

Once it took almost 2 months to resolve n refund the deducted amount.
N for second around 2weeks.
Even RM was of no help, hdfc blames transaction failed at merchant's end.
N merchant was incapable to resolve until you threat them.

Hey @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank your call center for Infinia has become quite useless of late. The decline in quality is very evident.
It's been 3 days since a points redemption failed in your Smartbuy portal.
Generally a voucher is generated within a few hours to use it again. It's been 3 days, nobody knows where my points are.
Infinia Call Center blames Smartbuy folks and Vice Versa. Even after taking both on conference, they were just asking each other to solve it.
Please get your act together.
