Over 4 hours dealing with @Verizon @VerizonSupport to simply get a fios extender replaced. Still not resolved. Whatever support model @verizonfios it is not customer focused!

@Verizon 2 hours tonight & counting chatting with support, 2 visits to physical stores, over 1 hour chatting 2 nights ago, and an hour on the initial call… received a box full of equipment without the WiFi extender that needed to be replaced…ticket closed but still no Fios WiFi
