The poll on which Byron is taking a victory lap had a sample of 1125 respondents, 660 of which cannot vote in a GOP primary. 458 of them voted for Kamala Harris. If you want a RINO who sided with Kamala on CRT, then I guess Byron is your guy.

Fishback is not a good guy. He lies, he knows nothing about the Florida Constitution, he’s got over $2M in lawsuits over his head, and he prefers underage girls.

Who is James Fishback? He’s not good guy👇 He was sued in 2024 by his former employer Greenlight, a hedge fund company. He resigned in 2023 because he knew he was about to be fired for underperforming. During his last weeks of employment he disclosed proprietary confidential information, lied about his title (one that didn’t exist to make him sound important) and accomplishments with the company, and solicited potential clients while secretly forming Azoria his current hedge fund company. This was all in breach of his employment agreement. He then went on a podcast social media blitz defaming Greenlight and continued to falsely take credit for investments and business decisions he never made. Greenlight was then compelled to obtain a permanent injunction against him in NY Federal court (Fishback actually stipulated to the facts alleged against him in the injunction). Fishback also borrowed money while employed with Greenlight and then defaulted on the promissory notes. They accelerated the loan and he failed to pay the amount (appx $240k). Greenlight sent several demand letters which Fishback ignored. Greenlight took him to court in a separate case and obtained a civil judgment in NY which he has failed to pay. Greenlight has now brought a post-judgment action in Florida (currently pending in Fed court)for writ of execution against his bank accounts and other assets. The U.S. Marshal just sold his tesla at auction for 20k. Some documents in the cases are sealed but many are not. Here’s some receipts. This man should not be our governor.

Today @LindseyGrahamSC called a press conference. It wasn’t on the state of the roads in South Carolina, it wasn’t on the fact that we have 20x less head of cattle in South Carolina than we did in the 1970s, and it wasn’t on the fact that we had 2000 opioid overdoses in the State last year. He didn’t even attack myself or @MarkLynchSC directly. Instead he spent 30 minutes attacking young staffers on both of our campaigns and calling to repeal the 1st amendment. He says our staffers are cancer that should not only be fired but also need to be “purged from society” because they disagree with him on foreign policy. This is the height of cancel culture. A full on assault on free speech directed at young political staffers by a sitting U.S. Senator. Lindsey Graham is an Un American traitor and I will always stand up for free speech from Young Patriots who want to save our Country.

Senator Howard wrote the 14th Amendment on birthright citizenship in 1866. And here, he defines it. “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. 🚨 HOLY CRAP! President Trump’s attorney John Sauer just wrapped his opening argument on birthright citizenship and absolutely schooled Justice Ketanji Jackson. Jackson tried to trap him with an emotional hospital-birth scenario involving illegal migrants. JACKSON: “Are we bringing pregnant women in for depositions?!” SAUER: “No. The executive order depends on lawful status. If a baby is born, a birth certificate is issued, and the system checks immigration status through existing databases.” Jackson then pushed again, asking whether parents would get a chance to prove they intended to stay in the U.S. Sauer shut that down too. He said the exact opposite is true: if someone believes they were wrongly denied, there are ways to challenge it, but those cases would be rare. When Jackson asked if that challenge only comes after a baby is denied citizenship, Sauer made it crystal clear: The system already verifies the parents’ status automatically, using robust databases, and for the overwhelming majority of parents, the process would look no different than it does now.
