@GetOneCardIN your add on card flow is broken. Member received message on WA and when clicked on 'Unlock Now', it opened bitly link which redirected to download the app. Inside app there is no user journey for an add on member. Can you share how a user apply for an add on?

@appy_013 @HSBC_IN from my understanding, everyone should get it but caps are applied cumulatively subject to primary account meeting the criteria. You should have a Premier RM. Reach out to him.

@ccg33k @HSBC_IN Shouldn't that be explained beforehand via official t&cs, if that's the case? I mean, it's a clear case of false marketing and miselling tactics which are violating @RBI rules.

@karanaggarwal86 @HSBC_IN Hi @karanaggarwal86 not sure if you've checked the terms and conditions or not, but here's it - hsbc.co.in/premier/offers… Its part of Premier Account and not Premier card. You'll even get the services even if you don't hold the card.

Hence its applicable to the person holding premier card. Though these can be booked by the premier card customer for their family members as well, even when the card member is not travelling

We checked the weights of Old and New HSBC Premier Credit Cards. Thankfully no ₹3500 were harmed.

@ankitdewan Maybe! I'm not 100% sure, cause in some of statements I've received RPs from the same cycle but diff month. But they might have unified their process with cards like Tata Neu Infinity, which calculates neu coins for calendar month transactions.

Can anyone tell me how HDFC calculates accelerated RP in the statement? Below is my snapshot of Regalia Gold RP, and I cannot make heads or tails of it. I have spends of 2k + 4k + 6k + 6k on Smartbuy Gyftr, all on different dates. And there is no other transaction on Smartbuy.
