I LOVE SOULSEEK. So I built a modern client and if you love soulseek and want to use it I'd love to share it with you. You can watch this video to get a quick feel but it's designed to be lightweight/simple and easy to browse users collections. That way you can find good new music and then buy that music and more on Bandcamp. If you'd like to use it just reply here and I'll dm you a link.

it's pretty crazy that RA picked "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk as the best track released in the last 25 years

COLLECTOR’S CHOICE 1/ “An education is not something you "get", it’s something you take. It’s something you make” – Ryan Holiday (Wisdom Takes Work) Collecting books has long been an integral part of understanding and researching art. In the context of generative and digital art, books serve not only as reference materials but also as essential documents of cultural and artistic history. They often contain essays, archival images, artist interviews, and curatorial perspectives that are not available elsewhere. Image: Ecologies of Becoming by Sougwen Chung @sougwen

These are predictions based on the noise in the air I’m hearing within the traditional science community. Will see if I’m way off in Dec 2025. What else do you predict for health in 2025?

BODY MACHINE (MERIDIANS) - Glacial Biome Series, 2025 Glacial Biome Series is a continuation of Sougwen Chung’s Body Machine (Meridians) series — an exploration of spatial movement, speculative machines and planetary biomes. This new work focuses on the Glacial Biome, tracing water’s transformation through its phase transitions. During an Arctic expedition, Chung captured scans of melting glaciers, textures of ice and the shifting light of the never-setting polar sun. They submerged in Arctic waters to experience time differently, recording gestures and movement data to inform the work. This work consists of ten moving image meridians - visual compositions generated from spatial data, sound recordings and sensor inputs. Inspired by Gerald H. Pollack’s research on water’s exclusion zone, the project explores how water is not just a substance but an active force, shaping and being shaped by its environment.
