Do not buy a vacation package from #Hiltongrandvacations what a joke. I purchased one while I was in a Hilton hotel, so I thought it was legitimate, until I tried to use it. There is no one to complain to because when you call @Hilton or @HiltonHotels they say they can’t help!

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Since 1030 this morning I’ve been trying to get an issue fixed with my email so I could have a telehealth because I have the flu. I will be dead before they ever fix it! Customer service is not in the USA

@bchesky Stop allowing retaliatory reviews. I put in a claim for damage once and the guest claimed it was discrimination. They were allowed to leave me a horrible review after destroying my house. If you paid the damage claim Why would you allow them to leave a review?
