@ick_real It has to be exercise. Incredible power to balance hormones and lower cortisol. Must keep at it. It takes a month or two. 5 min high intensity is good but don't overdo it either. 3x a week. Steady. Walking is great 10 min 3x a day.

@Big_Dreez89 Until fairly recently adoption records were sealed. There was an assumption that there was never to be contact. It was secret. Many adoptive mothers become enraged even mentioning birth mother ever having anything to do with the child. Children don't want to hurt the parents.

This woman works for an influencer as her babysitter. She’s watched the child for some time, she’s never had an issue. The influencer always tells her to help herself to whatever food she wants. The babysitter found a chocolate cake in the freezer, she defrosted it and ate it. Later she found out it was the influencer’s top tier of her wedding cake. The influencer was so upset, she sent her a bill for $9000 for what she ate. She’s upset because she didn’t think she did anything wrong, after all she was told to help herself. Was the influencer wrong for not telling her it was off limits?

@redheadranting After trying many different dog foods and even making my own, I bought a hair test for allergies and learned he was sensitive to many foods I had been giving him. Now I avoid them and he is fine. Instantly. NO commercial food works.

Do I have any veterinarian followers who can answer this for me? I've had dogs all my life, and never any allergies. Now everyone I know has a dog that needs allergy medication. My dog has an appointment for her seasonal allergy shot tomorrow, while my much older dog has no issues. What's going on?

Any "psychologist phrasing" when you're not a damn mental health expert. No he's not "gaslighting you", he's just lying to your face. "He's a narcissist..." or maybe he's just a selfish person that doesn't care about you! "My anxiety won't let me leave the house!" ever think you're just scared of the possibilities that lie outside your door? Labels are increasingly useless as more and more people claim to have a mental illness.
