it really amazes me how ecom bros think that there's just hordes of A+ Creative Strategists laying around, waiting to be called upon to work on 4k/m + % of ad spend and commit full time from the very start.
brother, being an A player and having full time availability is an oxymoron.
if a creative strategist was ANY good, he would be full of requests to work on somebody's brand. 0 time availability to jump on something full time from the start. and if he wants to, why wouldn't he do that with a brand he's already working with?
if a creative strategist can commit full time, then i'm pretty sure he got fired from his last gig for lacking performance or he's a total newbie.
Am I missing something here? What's this whole obsession with FULL TIME WORK? Why don't you get 2-3 killers to give you 5 concepts a week? That's plenty of volume, creative diversity and fresh ideas.

here's everything that happened in between:

THE BEGINNING (2022)
i was a chubby little kid
but already extremely high T
naturally wanted to crack all the girls
but no bítch wanted to fúck me
so i thought:
"lemme get abs first
then all chicks will lemme hit"
started working out
ate nothing for months
and got skinny as fúck
like a starving child
got those "kitchen" abs
girls still didn't let me crack
so i got pissed off
and actually started lifting
put in several months of hard work
studied every possible workout split
and i finally managed to get ripped (~10% BF)
and let's just say my way around girls changed 😉
this was where i absorbed a valuable lesson:
setting goals is ghey
just raise your standards
these results didn't came from my objectives
they came from changing my identity
and not being satisfied with abs
forcing myself to keep growing
a belief shift that you'll see being really valuable soon:
THE FIRST ATTEMPTS (late 2022)
my 1st business "venture" was ecom
tried it september 2022
made $0
quit
then joined the real world in october 2022
did cold email copywriting for 6 months
managed to get an índían to pay me $30
thought i was rich
i did a cold email campaign for his list
got ZERO results
felt bad for that shit
and refunded him a year later
then went on a failed businesses speedrun:
1. affiliate marketing
made $3k in 60d
then got banned
failed
2. video editing
made $1k/mo for 4 months
grew a youtuber from 0 to 100k subs
then he got banned
and stopped paying me
failed
3. onlyfans agency
partnered up with a guy
he closed some trans “girl”
i was like “bro what the fuck???”
he said "she's kinda cute tho”
nah bro moving mad 😂
had to leave on the spot
failed

THE BREAKTHROUGH (summer 2023)
discovered cold email through a TRW course
sent 100 cold emails
got 5 replies
which for me was insane
i used to send 500 DMs on insta
and get 0 responses
realized how greater cold email was that other outbound channels
THE FIRST REAL CLIENT (late 2023)
some guy wanted me to do cold email for websites
(and if you know anything about cold email)
(yk websites is the WORST offer to start with)
i did the most to make it work
but failed him miserably
it was a rev share deal
he thought he'd make Ms
we booked him 2 meetings
i felt like shít
but then i got a SECOND client
a lead gen agency that did cold calls
we booked them SO many meetings
they wanted me to do it for 10 of their clients
i was 15 years old
i had 11 clients in 1 week
i thought i'd make 7-figures
i told my friends i was retiring my parents
but then quickly realized i should've kept my mouth shut:
ALL 11 CLIENTS FAILED
some didn't have money for the software
some didn't have good offers
some just ghosted
i was studying hard for my GCSE exams
while tryna manage 11 failing campaigns
it was hell
i almost quit
THE TURNING POINT (early 2025)
i put in the work with some of those 11 clients
and eventually managed to crack their niche
started getting some great results
qualified calls with rich ass companies
and i realized something:
cold email works for ANY offer
as long as:
- the ICP is dialed in
- the offer is irresistible
- you send enough volume
so i doubled the fúck down
started posting on twitter
got some great inbound leads
started doing outbound for myself
booked 30 calls in a SINGLE WEEK for my own offer
i was 15
making $5k/mo
that's when i locked tf in
(i just had discovered gold)
THE SCALE (mid 2025)
had a really bad month in september
accounts got burned
lost multiple clients at once
revenue dropped to like $3,000
i thought it was over
but i remembered my gym lesson:
fúck the goals
set higher standards
my bare minimumm was:
"make $10k/mo or extremely ghey"
so i treated $3k like i was broke
(and honestly i kinda were)
worked 12 hour days
fixed all the infrastructure issues
bought better inboxes (switched to outlook)
basically refined the entire system
by october: back to $10k/mo
by november: $15k/mo
THE PRESENT (now)
i'm 16 making $15k/mo
i have clients in:
- ai automation
- saas
- high-risk verticals
- agencies
i've sent 5 million emails
booked 750+ qualified calls
worked with 45+ companies
all from my momma's house bedroom
the same bedroom i was a fat bullied kid in
the same bedroom i did push-ups in at 3 am
the same bedroom i saw my clients churning
THE FUTURE (2026+)
goal: $30k/mo by end of year
bigger goal: $100k/mo by 17
not because i want to flex
but because i REFUSE to accept anything less
that's my bare minimum standard now
here's the thing though:
everyone told me the same shít at the start:
"you're too young"
"cold email is saturated"
"you need more experience"
i ignored all of them
and sent more emails
(a strat that's fúcking printing so far)
so if i could do this as a bullied fat kid
you have zero excuses anon
if you're failing right now
just keep grinding
if everyone doubts you
prove them wrong
and lock tf in nígga
the cash won't print itself

Then wonder why their CTR is 0.3%.
Buddy, Eugene Schwartz didn't write that book so you could bore people to death in the newsfeed.
❌ Long ad = people scroll past in 0.4 seconds
✅ Short ad = hook → curiosity → click
Your ad isn't supposed to SELL.
Your ad is supposed to get someone curious enough to click.
THEN your landing page sells using all that Breakthrough Advertising wisdom:

→ Sophistication levels
→ Desire mechanisms
→ The whole damn playbook
Ads = 3-5 lines to get the click.
Landing pages = Where you flex your copywriting IQ.
Stop writing novels in your ads and wondering why nobody's buying.

the insane opportunity of online money has corrupted most. the universe needs balance and order. for every dollar you make by clicking a button on your mac, you need to pay it back in physical endeavours.
this is not optional. this is a MUST.
in fact, the most extreme physical endeavours.
if you're going to be making money in the easiest way possible, then you'll have to do insanely hard things in the physical world.
otherwise you become soft, cringe and lonely.
on the other side of that you're packed with cash and have many many stories to tell of your amazing adventures.
if blue collar men need to be reading books, then online money men need to be surfing, hunting, fighting, xtreme traveling and maxxing out side quests in the real world.
this is the silent deal you make with the devil when you start making online money.
you HAVE to live intensely in the real world to compensate for all the button clicking.
otherwise u miss out on the aura gainz and u end up a dork with money.
