@EntrepreneurAPJ Headway has gone unresponsive after taking an order on 26ty Feb. Their customer service is not reachable. Emails bounce. Prepaid order not delivered. Complete fraud.

@makemytripcare what’s the point of mentioning guaranteed pickup within 30 seconds for my black members if the person who picks up as an automated bot that doesn’t help in resolving an issue ?
@TATAAIGIndia is the most difficult insurance provider to seek a reimbursement with. Despite submitting responses to their queries multiple times, the same question is asked again. Absolutely no support from their customer care team. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Aircraft in shambles, wobbly seats, torn fabric with sharp metal, uninterested staff trying to defend the issue. Terrible when a complaint is not taken seriously and staff try and normalise it by saying this is normal.
