Pick the safest road, so that you don't get attacked. Choose a road. If you picked the blue road, you were attacked and you died. If you pick the red road, you were not attacked, you make it home and win the game. Why did things turn out this way? It turns out, that in your neighborhood, there are 1 million red people. In your neighborhood there are 2,000 blue people. For Red People... 10,000 attacks sounds like a lot, but out of 1 million Red people, its only 1% of people. This means there is a 99% chance you won't be attacked. For Blue People... 1000 attacks sounds like a lot less, but out of 2,000 Blue people, that's 50% of people. Which means that you will be attacked 50% of the time. Now replace Red and Blue with White and Black and you understand Per Capita.
