@IndiGo6E due to monopoly customer satisfaction doesn’t matter anymore. Tuesday I took Nagpur and got 1 snacks bag, sandwich and beverage while returning firstly crew didn’t serve my pre book meal, when asked they gave just a snacks bag nothing else mentioning as per policy.

Good 👍🏼 that this so-called 'Flyover'in front of Nagpur Railway Station is demolished. In my view, this was never a flyover, it was a Commercial Complex with a road on the roof as this infrastructure never flew over anything. There is no railway track, river, road or likewise to fly over, except the shops. In 2003, Nikose PWD superintendent engineer had rejected the proposal of this Ganesh Tekdi flyover, he was transferred & then construction went through. Now the important job is to plan the new road & movement pattern to ease traffic to the railway station and Ganesh Tekdi Mandir. 🙏🏼😊

@airtelindia pathetic service, Xstream fibre not working from Thursday evening, called local team as CC was not reachable on Friday. Saturday morning raised a request till Sunday morning no resolution. Team misbehaving, not able to solve issue in 60+hrs
