It CLEARLY shows he was NOT “dragged”, he escalated and he knew he lacked jurisdiction. AND that he committed an aggravated murder. First, note how the officer is walking around her vehicle filming.

@adamscochran He's crossing toward the left of the vehicle as she is backing up. Then, just as she stops moving back, he stops and pulls out his gun before her tire has moved much over an inch, instead of continuing his path to the left where he would have been out of the way.

5/13 This matters because of the second angle. That step is when he goes from filming, to pointing his gun at her with no reason. The vehicle not yet in motion he leans forward over the hood pointing the gun.

@KimKatieUSA I compared both extensively too. It's a common, narrow 2 lane street. Parked cars on left show that. The edited videos could have been to cutout non-essentials, not be deceptive. How could she know the fed car intentions as it pulled left. She may have been in their blind spot.

I've made a comparison of two videos. The video on the left is deceptively edited and does now show the driver of the black SUV, the video on the right is the full video where you can see the black SUV stopped and waiting for the DHS agent to back up and turn around. As soon as the agent moves forward, she speeds up and attempts to pass on the right. It's illegal to pass on the right in a single lane street. In my opinion this is 100% the fault of Dayanne Figueroa, the driver of the black SUV. She deserved getting arrested too. I'm so fed up with these people committing crimes and the people and fake news media who edit the videos to push a bs narrative.

The black car appears to be stopped by blocked traffic, not parked, and may have moved left hoping to get around the unmarked fed car and get on to work. When the fed's car moved left she tried to get around it. The feds had a blind spot and hit her.

@RealPatSpurlock @KimKatieUSA I've reviewed the video a lot and I think you are probably mostly correct exept I think it probably is a narrow 2 way street (I've seen many). All the cars on the left side are facing the same way as if they had approached from a different direction as the cars on the left.

In reviewing this comparison I can make the following observations: 1. This appears to be a one-way street . The agents’ vehicle was blocking traffic on the street as there was a detainment action in progress ahead of it. There remains a question of whether this action was legal or illegal given that the agent’s vehicle had no markings and no police lights, and as such may not have had traffic control authority. 2. Dayanne Figueroa’s vehicle was awaiting access to the street and she did not proceed until the agent’s vehicle had completed the turn and the lane of traffic was clear. she made her turn and was correctly in her lane at the time she was hit. 3. The agents vehicle, once they moved, turned wide into the parking lane on the left side of the street, clearly not in the proper position in the lane. The agent tried to correct as Figueroa was proceeding. The agents overcorrected and caused the accident in question. 4. Both videos clearly show that as the agents hit the car they forced Figueroa into the vehicle on her right side clearly demonstrating intent and fault. this comparison shows that there are more factors against the agents than against Figueroa and clearly favors Figueroa against any claims made by the agents.
