@MiWayHelps why don't you put more busses on during rush hour? It's madness to way 25-40 min for a bus because they only run every 20 min and then are delayed every single day!!

@Fidomobile so....if I can't get into my act via mobile app or desktop site to view my bill it means I owe nothing, correct? 3 months of guessing what I owe. Fix your app and web page!! I don't have time to wait 30 min for a cust rep!

@TTChelps Please improve your intercoms system or teach your subway operators how to properly use it. Hearing every 3rd word of an announcement is very frustrating and rather useless.

@citymississauga please teach plows/sidewalk clearers to properly clear away snow at bus stops. Only ever other bus stop was cleared along Burnhamthorpe. I stepped off into a 2ft high snowbank & almost went under the wheels of the bus trying to get over it!! Driver did nothing!

@TTChelps Something needs to be done about the homeless people harassing riders on subway. They sprawl across the seats sleeping and reeking of urine, they scream & swear loudly, throw trash, hit windows. They harass people for money, spit on you or throw things if you refuse.

@MiWayHelps 26 east bound is always late to the Arista Way stop on Burnhamthorpe. 3 times this week (925_930 pm) and 4 times last week (725_730 pm) had to wait almost 40 min for a bus. This has been going on over a year and has been reported multiple times. When will it be fixed

@OmarAlghabra dear sir please do something about miway transit. For over 3 years even before the pandemic the buses are consistently late or don't show up for another 25-30 min. People who rely on these buses to get to work are consistently late. Miway does nothing when reported.

@MiWayHelps So instead of a late bus then 2 of them showing up together 25 min later it will be 3? What a joke.

@MiWayHelps HOW is this Bus late every night?? It was supposed to be here at 730 and still isn't here. 50% it doesn't show and I'm waiting for next one. FIX THIS!! ITS BEEN UNRELIABLE FOR A YEAR!!!

@citymississauga please investigate constant delays on Miway, busses not showing up,drivers speeding or driving unsafely to make up for constant delays regardless of the time of day or night. Completely unreliable system and customer service does nothing. Riders wait up to 40 min

@regionofpeel please do something about Miway transit in Mississauga. Their buses are consistently late or don't show, especially the 26 east to Islington. People depend on transit to get to work and it is wholly unreliable. Drivers blow past stops or drive like maniacs.

@MiWayHelps what is up with route 26 east? Only every other bus scheduled is showing up. I have to wait 40 min for a bus to get to work because first scheduled bus doesn't show. I've contacted you multiple times and nothing has been done. This is going on since last year!!!
