what is the use of scanner handheld , when you go to pay the queue are crazy with people scanning there trolley manually surely should be seperate for scanners only. @Tesco

@itvcorrie your program on kidney failure and getting transplant, I am kidney failure patient on dialysis, it was total disgrace, you should of done more research and mindful of how dialysis patient are suffering, and transplant dont just come at click of a finger, shame!

@thetimes being a dialysis patient, this unacceptable , the trust needs to ensure this sort of stuff is not happening, dialysis is hard enough and stressful, please sort this out
