Appalling customs service yet again
@BritishGas poor customer service - can’t book a repair online. Called up and was told I would now be able to, still unable to! How can I get an emergency repair booked out of hours with no online access?
@Debenhams atrocious customer service . Been chasing a refund since before Christmas - have receipt confirming it’s been returned … no answer to multiple emails - where is my refund !!
@McDonaldsUK disgraceful advertising monopoly until tomorrow and then not providing power peels in meals today - one very unhappy child who wanted one last go!

@JustEatUK waited over two hours for a grocery delivery and it’s only a few items but the man has apparently been in the store the full two hours and it’s saying will be another 34 mins and climbing ! Not good enough !
@McDonaldsUK appalling customer service - I have been charged in full for an order that I was told was cancelled through the app. I never even got an email to say the order was processed !!!

@Tesco for the fourth or fifth order in a row I have been sent products with a poor shelf life . Your WhatsApp keeps telling me I will get a new club card which is not what I need, I need a refund!
@premierinn I just called to cancel a reservation and was told it was processed and refunded and I would get email confirmation but the email has not been sent - please help
