@help_delhivery The concern is that since the last many days my Delhivery One is not syncing. Raised a query on support on the 31st March, and yesterday that ticket was closed without any rectification. Its the most harrowing experience for any b2b work to function like this.

@delhivery Using Delhivery One service and waiting for 4 days for resolving our issue. Everytime getting a response on mail to explain the query again. Till date no back end team has tried to solve or call to actually find a resolution. How is this level of customer support ok??

@MyNykaa @nykaafashion my mom ordered a suit worth 17k. Got delivered a wrong size and one missing item. After days of exchange of mail, we get the attached response. Shocking and simply appalling the kind of customer service when such an expensive product is bought.

Always shocked by how snobbish sales people at so called designer stores in Delhi malls are . At @dior at Promenade Vasant Kunj, the salesman was obnoxious & rude. At nearby @ScentidoIndia they were aggressive & patronising. What makes Indians who work for foreign brands feel so superior to ordinary people? It disgraces the brands themselves & suggests that this is how they feel about Indians.

@MyntraSupport I doubt there is anything to understand. Finally received a call today and the support says we cannot do anything. So that says everything. That’s the high level of service @myntra @MyntraSupport absolutely deplorable.

@myntra @MyntraSupport seems like a scam now. Ordered a women’s sandal on 28th Sep, to be delivered within 4 days. After 2 weeks and multiple follow ups it randomly shows delivered. Countless more follow ups and myntra support actually closed the complaint without any refund.

@MyntraSupport Not really expecting much out of this now. It’s appalling that a complaint gets closed even when we continuously mention the product was not delivered actually. And on top of it your message FALSELY CLAIMS that it’s “confirmed by us on call” as received.

I have cancelled my tickets from DEL-SXR on @AirIndiaX and received a full refund, but now for cancelling my return ticket from SXR to DEL on @AirIndiaX again, cancellation fees is being levied as return is after the 14th May. How is that making sense.

I was flying to SXR on 14th May on @AirIndiaX which I cancelled. My return from SXR to DEL was 20th May.I had booked this on @ixigo but when I’m trying to cancel it, they are applying cancellation charge. As airline has already waived the same, @ixigo @AirIndiaX kindly assist.

@AmazonHelp I have followed up with it and no one @amazonIN @JeffBezos @AmazonHelp is able to provide me a ‘denial letter of installation’ so that I can ask Toshiba to initiate the installation. Since you are also not able to give a concrete response, the only option is to return the product
